40K List Building Contest

Justin at Secret Weapon Miniatures and Mathieu Fontaine are holding contests to help them choose the lists for their next army projects.  See the links for details.  Looking for fluffy, cool lists with some other criteria.

Prizes are a $100 gift certificate to Secret Weapon or an airbrush!  Winners chosen in November, so plenty of time to think about lists, including new Chaos Marine ones.
